How to use the above chart
Let's say that we want to convert 4.2 feet to inches. First we select the row starting with 4. Then, we look for the column having .20 at its head. The selected cell has a value of 50.4. Therefore, we conclude that 4.2 feet are equal to 50.4 inches.
